Workgroup Goals: to establish a mandatory, comprehensive San Diego County system of responsible beverage sales and service that includes policies and training and ensures compliance in order to reduce sales to minors.

Workgroup Objectives are to:

• Advocate for policies that would require RBSS training for all sellers, servers, and managers at all on and off-sale establishments throughout San Diego County.

• Advocate for the establishment of a countywide system of RBSS enforcement that includes compliance checks.

• Increase community awareness of and support for RBSS.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of the RBSS program.
