Ray DiCiccio

Ray DiCiccio is the Executive Director of the San Diego County Policy Panel on Youth Access to Alcohol, and Adjunct Faculty at the San Diego State University's School of Social Work. He provides leadership to the community locally and throughout the state for public policy advocacy and specifically alcohol policy reform to prevent underage drinking.
